  • Genoa Motorsports Park, Genoa, CO – ground up design of new multi purpose, FIA standard facility, on 2700 acres. Facilities will include; the longest road course in the US, two 3+ mile road courses (06-07)
  • Goldenport Motorplex, Beijing China – designed track extension and upgrades to support FIA level 2 certification in anticipation of a Champ Car race (05)

  • Hyperdrive – Track Designer and Safety Coordinator on this ground breaking show for Netflix. Designed 9 tracks , supervised construction of the 100 acre location and supervised safety during the 2 week shoot.

2002 — 2006

Inspections (pre, post and event) completed on the following tracks for Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) as Director of Circuit Development. At all tracks recommendations were made for future improvements. In all cases we either directed the improvement design, or consulted with the promoter or track operator and CART to implement the upgrades. Additionally, MCS liaised with the Lingner Group on television production for the 2002 CART season to maximize television exposure for event and series marketing partners as well as to more effectively capture on-track action.

Orchestrated the turnaround of this national race car builder and distributor; successfully supervised operations located throughout the nation; increased customer base by 15% while reducing overhead by 50% (in four year period).

Displayed excellent crisis and project management skills when 30 days after a fire which totally destroyed the operation, had the business up and fully functional in a new location with all new systems yet with little interruption to business revenues.

Developed extremely strong supplier and sponsor relationships with many international corporations including; Ford Special Vehicle Operations, Roush Industries, and Yokohama Tire Corp.

Project management responsibilities included: design and implementation of national database utilized for inventory control and dealer orders, coordination of new product design, testing and implementation over a two year period. Required close coordination of simultaneous projects involving several multi-national corporations design and R&D departments. Culminated in the successful release of a new car.

Received commendation letters for successful completion of the project and use of superior project management skills throughout the project.
